The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Abmx.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed over $1500.00 (U.S) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

For your protection against credit card fraud, we require that your shipping and billing addresses match. However, if you wish your order to be sent to another address, please notify your credit card issuing bank of the shipping address for "Address Verification" purposes. To register an address with the issuing bank, please call the Customer Service number, which is located on the back of your credit card. If the shipping address is different from the credit card billing address, your order may be delayed for verification. Address Verification protects against credit card fraud. If we aren't able to verify your shipping address with your issuing bank, then we CANNOT process your order.
Payment for the products listed in the order is due when the order is placed.
Prices, specifications, availability, and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. ABMX Servers cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography, pricing or other errors, omissions and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors. Products quoted were selected by ABMX Servers based on specifications available at the time of the quotation, and are not guaranteed to meet bid specifications. ABMX Servers is not responsible for compliance with regulations, requirements or obligations associated with any contract resulting from this quotation. It is buyer's responsibility to verify product conformance to specifications of any subsequent contract. ABMX Servers Terms and Conditions of Sales and Service apply and are available on request.
Most of UPS Ground orders placed before 12pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays, are shipped the same day or next business day. This does not apply to special or out of stock items. UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3rd Day Select are shipped the same day if received by 12pm Pacific Standard Time, exclusive of holidays. If received after 12pm, your order may be shipped the following business day. In the unlikely event that an order cannot be shipped within two business days of order placement, you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose a different shipping method or to cancel your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for assembling on special quote orders.
When selecting a shipping method, keep in mind that the transit time begins the day after the order is shipped and includes only business days.
We use UPS services and they do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Therefore, we are required to obtain only physical street addresses for delivery.
If an incorrect address is provided at the time of order, UPS will charge an address correction fee of $10 - $15. This fee will be applied to your credit card.
By using our Web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the guidelines as set forth in this policy page. We will post any changes to our policy on this page.
A sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to California addresses.
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few minutes.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Every ABMX.com server comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee and passes several tests, including overnight burning test and memory running test. Test certificates is enclosed with each and every server.

If customer order a standard product and find it doesn't meet customer's application, customer may return it within 14 days after shipping. There is a restocking charge of 15%-25%, plus customer will be responsible for original and return shipping charges. Call for a RMA number before returning in original packing, in like new condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on group of identical items if customer misorder or because of software incompatibility. All sizes, dimensions and specifications are clearly indicated in the product description. Please call our sales rep for assistance prior ordering.

It is customer's responsibility to check specifications, compatibility, and suitability of the products before ordering. ABMX.com is not responsible for customer's application compatibility with ABMX.com's products. Please call our tech support for assistance prior ordering.

Products made to customer's exact specifications or modified for customer's application may not be returned for credit, but repair or replacement with the same product only.

ABMX.com, at its discretion, may identify products that are not returnable.

Software products sold installed or un-installed are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Special Order items are NOT refundable. Special Order items include: All types of rackmount and tower servers. Intel Xeon, Intel PIII, AMD Opteron, Athlon MP CPU's and motherboards. All types of SAS and SATA controllers as well as SAS hard drives. For more details please contact our sales department at 714-258-2269.

IN NO EVENT WILL ABMX.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PRODUCT, INCLUDING LABOR, INSTALLATION, EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY BUYER.

  1. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipping for RMA number (return authorization number).
  2. Please make sure that your return is properly packed and securely sealed to prevent damage.
  3. Place the RMA number on the outside shipping box.
  4. Send items to address: ABMX.com. 1582 Parkway Loop #B, Tustin, CA 92780.

We recommend that you send the merchandise via a carrier with tracking capabilities, such as UPS. You should also buy insurance on the merchandise; we are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in return shipping. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are returned. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of abmx.com. Unless advanced replacement warranty has been purchased or explicitly specified, the industry standard Return to Depot Warranty replacement normally takes no more than 30 days from the receipt of the defective product or component.

A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be applied by ABMX.com to any system canceled before shipping. Unopened products may be returned/refunded for full credit, at ABMX.com's discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by ABMX.com within 21 days of the original invoice date. The return/refund of any product will be subject to a 15% to 25% restocking charge, at ABMX.com's discretion, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by ABMX.com within 21 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on software or printers. After 21 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.
Unless otherwise arranged, we ship EXW Tustin, CA. This means you pay the freight and insurance charges. You own the merchandise while it is in transit. If there are any damage claims, you as the buyer, file against the trucking company and will receive compensation directly from them. We do this because we are not there personally to inspect/accept the shipment when it arrives. We do not know your dock or receiving conditions or staffing. All our shipments will be shipped only by our UPS account. There are no exceptions.
All products must be inspected by buyer at the time of delivery. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to ABMX.com within 36 hours. If you believe that there is a problem with your order, email or call us immediately. We will try to resolve your problem quickly.

The transportation company is responsible for the safe delivery of your merchandise from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your location. However, the buyer is responsible to inspect the goods for any damages before the truck driver leaves.

If any damages are found, the buyer must immediately notify the carrier and the seller. The buyer must also adhere to the claims process, which includes providing proof of damages and arranging for the goods to be returned for inspection. Any damages or faulty goods that are not reported within 72 hours of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for any physical damage, and the buyer must bear all delivery costs incurred in the claims process.

Please be advised that packages that appear to be undamaged on the outside may have hidden damage, such as dents or punctures, once they are unpacked. This is known as "concealed damage." If you discover concealed damage, you must immediately notify the shipping company and request an inspection by the carrier. The shipping company may refuse liability for transit damage unless notified within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.

If you file a damage claim, you must keep all original shipping containers and outside wrapping. The transportation inspection agent will want to see these items. It is also helpful to have photographic evidence of any damage.

Final settlement of the claim is between you and the shipping company.

We accept international orders ONLY with Wire Transfer payment and shipping by our UPS account. Delivery shall be ExWorks (EXW, Incoterms 2000), Tustin, CA. Title to the Products and risk of loss shall pass to customer (Buyer) upon delivery to the carrier specified by customer (Buyer) at the ABMX warehouse. Shipping charges shall be paid by customer (Buyer). Insurance coverage and all other charges pursuant to ExWorks (EXW, Incoterms 2000) including, without limitation, taxes and all government permit fees, license fees, customs fees and similar fees, duties and other governmental assessments in connection with purchase from ABMX.com are the sole responsibility of customer (Buyer).
After we shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number and tracking number information.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information submitted by you will be used only to process orders and improve our products and services. Under no circumstance will we rent, sell, or share any information provided by our customers to any third party.
We offer secure online credit card transaction using the most advanced security system available. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts all information in the connection between your browser and our secure server so that any third party can read no part of your credit card information. SSL is by far the best fraud prevention system on the net today.
Title is transferred to you when product is shipped Ex Works (EXW) Tustin, CA.
Under no circumstances are we liable for the following:
  1. Third-party claims against you for damages;
  2. Loss of, or damage to, your records or data;
  3. Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages even if we are informed of their possibility;
  4. Lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Abmx.com warrants hardware products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of invoice. This warranty is 'System Parts & Labor' and is non-transferable, except as approved by Abmx.com. Some hardware products have direct manufacturer's warranty of 3-5 years.

Abmx.com does not warrant damage due to external causes including, but not limited to, accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, adverse environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with intended purpose of product, and failures caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Abmx.com. Abmx.com products are not warranted, implied or otherwise, as to their merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

External accessories and devices (including, but not limited to: monitors, keyboards, mice, tape drives, rack accessories, networking devices) are warranted only by the original manufacturer's policy.

Altering or removal of the serial number voids this warranty. Adding or changing components without concurrence of Abmx.com technical support may void this warranty.

Check your local AC voltage before installation. Be sure to connect the Power Supply Unit to local input AC voltage only. Setting the incorrect voltage can damage the power supply and connected equipment, and may void your warranty.

Abmx.com's responsibility for defects in materials and workmanship is limited to repair or replace as set forth in the warranty. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied. For specific instructions on the warranty service procedure, contact Abmx.com. For international orders it is buyer's responsibility for all shipping charges under this warranty.

ABMX Servers does not warrant that the Product, whether purchased stand-alone or integrated with other products, including without limitation semi-conductor components, will be free from design defects or errors known as "errata." Current characterized errata are available upon request. ABMX is not responsible for design defects on the part of component manufacturers. After 30 days from the invoice date, customer assumes all risk from design defects, and shall resolve such issues directly with the component manufacturer. Further, this Limited Warranty does NOT cover:

  • any costs associated with the replacement or repair of the Product, including labor, installation or other costs incurred by you, and in particular, any costs relating to the removal or replacement of any Product soldered or otherwise permanently affixed to any printed circuit board or integrated with other products; OR
  • errors resulting from incorporation or combination of the Product into or with any other product, service, or system; OR
  • any malfunctions or other errors in the Product caused by any third party virus, infection, worm or similar malicious code; OR
  • that the Product will protect against all possible security threats, including intentional misconduct by third parties; OR
  • damage to the Product due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper testing; OR
  • any Product which has been modified or operated outside of ABMX Servers's publicly available specifications or where the original product identification markings (trademark or serial number) has been removed, altered or obliterated from the Product.
ABMX.com servers require dry and dust free environment. It is important to do maintenance on the server and remove dust every month from the inside of the server to avoid build-up of dust and moisture. Most warranty is void if there is any sign of corrosion. Warranty does not include cleaning of server from dust. Warranty does not cover damage to server caused by overheating as a result of placing or positioning of the server, where there is no provision for adequate ventilation or a dust free environment.
Abmx.com covers all of our products with its Standard 3 years 'System Parts & Labor' warranty. If you feel that you need a higher level of support than this, we also offer extended warranties.
  • Provides warranty service to restore generic functionality of long-term support products. Generic functionality refers to the ability for the system to boot into an Operating System without error.
  • Covers all defective hardware components in the server for 5 years after purchase. Replacement depends on the availability and accessibility of components at the time of requested warranty service.
  • The warranty is not designed for the replacement of certain unique, proprietary, or legacy features or any combination of said features.
  • If any feature or combination of features is unable to be restored due to discontinuation, the warranty will cover the replacement of more mainstream hardware components to ensure system is operational. This does not guarantee that any special feature of the previous hardware will be retained after warranty service. ABMX will contact the end-user to notify of any changes made to the system.
  • If you are looking to cover any legacy parts or components under the 5-year warranty, this warranty is not for you. However, we can work with you in ordering spare kits and other workarounds at the time of purchase to increase the chances that your project has the longest possible life-span.

Due to the rapidly changing environment of server technology, it is critical that the end-user thoroughly researches the future of any product line offered through ABMX. Contact the support department at 714-258-2269 to discuss EOL dates and lifetime expectancies of any components used in the desired system.

NOTICE

Sale of any Products or Services is expressly conditioned on Buyer’s assent to these Terms and Conditions. Any acceptance of Seller’s offer is expressly limited to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Seller expressly objects to any additional or different terms proposed by Buyer. No Buyer form shall modify these Terms and Conditions. Any order to purchase products or receive services shall constitute Buyer’s assent to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any alternative terms and conditions in any other documents connected with this transaction.
