No question, just a thank you. I've been buying the short 1U servers that you guys sell for about three months. I don't buy a lot of them (about 10 so far), but have been very pleased with the service that your company provides. I received a phone call from one of your technical people last week, informing me that the motherboard in the units was going to be changed in my latest order. He offered to test the particular Linux release that I needed on the board, to ensure compatibility. I frequently order 100K+ order from HP for their various servers. In my three years of doing this, they have never offered this service. When I have specifically asked them to do so, I was told that they could and would not ensure reliability with anything other than what was listed on their website. It's great to get that excellent customer service hasn't been completely lost. Thank you again.
